Diese Symphonie bedeutet mir besonders viel, weil ich sie selbst einmal als 2. Flötistin mitspielen durfte vor vielen vielen Jahren.
Nach langer Zeit habe ich sie hier wiederentdeckt und bin ganz weg und hin, da ich fast jeden Ton noch kenne. Diese Aufführung ist einfach wunderbar! Großen

Cette magnifique version de la 3e symphonie a illuminé mon voyage en train de Lausanne à Zürich en ce dimanche de Pâques. Avec l'adagio en longeant le lac de Neuchâtel, quelle beauté reposante !

지난 주 합창단의 일원으로 멘델스존 오라토리오 파울루스 공연을 마쳤습니다. 공연은 대성공이었습니다만 리허설 없는 첫 주 금단증상이 극심하군요. 파울루스 덕에 멘델스존과 깊은 사랑에 빠진 모양입니다. 날마다 멘델스죤을 찾아 듣고 있습니다. 어제의 이탈리아에 이어 오늘은 Scottische. 파보 예르비의 conducting. 예전엔 안 보이던 것들이 보이고 안 들리던 것들이 들리는군요. 마치 사울이 파울로 변용하듯이. 멘델스죤 음악을 깊이 사랑하게 되었는데 이것은 진정 은총입니다.

As always, on point. Wonderful phrasing and the tempo changes were effortless. Jarvi is brilliant, but I especially love watching him conduct, more than most.

Das Orchester spielt irrsinnig virtuos und hinreißend. Järvi dirigiert so ökonomisch, unaufdringlich, musikdienlich und verschmitzt-freundlich, dass ich sofort Lust bekomme, selbst zu üben.
