using Notepad++ to extract data

Hello, I am trying to do the exact same thing as you are. I need to extract 10-digit numbers from the data in Notepad++. Everything seems to work well, except when I hit replace, it says a certain number of replacements were made, but I cannot see any data appear on the notepad. It's all blank. Can you provide the value you're using in the 'Find what' and 'Replace' fields, so that I can verify I am doing everything correctly? Thank you for your help!
