King proposes electing Supreme Court justices

Rep. Steve King (R-Kiron) says lifetime appointments for Supreme Court justices are coming into question after recent controversial rulings on Obamacare and same-sex marriage. He says he's working to help draft a constitutional amendment that would call for the country to vote to elect Supreme Court justices who would serve terms of 8 to 10 years.
