I love the vibe:

I think one of the Parts on the path is Wondering into areas where there is only room for one person.. you. Because Part of it is Sitting alone to feel what it means to have no one and how you respond or helps you to see who you reach for.. what makes you feel better.. on my path i had repressed issues about men holding me in a freezing cold bath.. and other Peoples interpretation or Belief interfeared with what i thought.

And even aftr i looked once.. another look brought up a completely new angle.. because sometimes Viewing yourself as a child and having that done.. versus Watching an innocent child so young experience that from a mothers position resognates differently.

Wade robson nails it when hes revisiting Memories before and after having his isn son. It happens with foster children as well.. proccessing their experience with every new milestone…. Understanding that brings new views on old situstions. They dont neccesarily have hurt or make you cry.. but it 100% can start eith one massive hurt snd get better When You revisit. It helps to think of yourself as a child if you have trauma.. naming that child what you would have named her/him helps develop a love for Yourself from a sasha fierce kinda personality.. or like Sybil Loving a child version if herslf. I think thats what multiple personalitied really is. A series of People we learn and wht we learn them at what age to protect from the trauma .. for instance I had my sister katie as my mask for Social Me.. cuz she taugght me how yo “face” costumer service. And i was a teenager.. so stunted by my Autism.. I mimicked social behaviors to Avoid social rejection. (Still was never One ot them) but atleast i wasnt bullied and could work. My counselor says it was a powerful coping skill…. to maintain that Protection Charm as a shield.

Animals that grow out of one shell .. simply accept thats only shell me.. like a growth chart. I out grew that self like shoes.. we arent hard ok ourswlf for physical growth no sense in mental, emotional or Psychological growth being seen any differently. we wouldnt get mad at a horse for needing a new soul/sole to walk in .. we shouldnt put pressure on ourselves to maintain a shell of ourself When its time to move out of that and see where else we can develop or what we want to see or notsee about our ways/weighs and dos/dues..

I talk like toy’yoda.. youd never guess add’mitts’a’be’she lol

Finding the ability to Be a hot mess.. way more valuable in long run…. more fun to shape mudd p’eyes .. then talk like a fort’une Cookie and lose the Meaning trying to sound like someone that doesnt fit.. part of my jounery meant Deciding which look was my look and why it was mine .. and why i thought it fit me and no one else.. and why i that was where i needed to be for Self comfort.

Its also helpful to not say things to yourself you wouldnt say to someone you love ..
