Cascara, from spanish word Càscara, is what remains of the coffee cherry after the grain is extracted: a mix of peel and pulp that once dried gives life to an infusion similar to tea, with a scent deliciously fruity.
To add new nuances of flavour to all coffee-based drinks, cocktails, hot and cold drinks, desserts.
