Bro you forgot a few key phrases from Hull, firstly 'Can you smell weed?' And 'Cheg us a smoke'

A couple of comments:
You have the stress wrong for 'ull speaking. You tend to go up in tone on the last syllable. This is common in the Geordie accent, further to the north, but not in Hull.
You explained that 'Bains' was of a similar derivation to 'Bairns' in Scotland, but then you pronounced 'Bains' as 'Bairns' try thinking 'Banes' as a more accurate Hull pronunciation.
In some of your example sentences you use "'ere you go'." Though this is common in most Yorkshire regions, more common in Hull is "ee y'ar'" (from 'Here you are')
Of course dialect isn't just the accent we use, or even the peculiar way we pronounce words; as you demonstrate it's the use of words specific to that region, but it's also how we use and define existing words. In Hull, many people will use the word 'While' when they really mean 'Until' so you'll hear: "wait while I've finished doing this" instead of "wail until I've finished doing this." - a small point I know, but imagine how Hull people would react to a roadsign that says "Wait here while the lights are on red" - they could be in for a long wait!

I'm from 'ull, and I never use them. It's mostly the older generation with he accent.
