As much as Dwight idolizes Michael deep down he understands Michael's "issues". Dwight believes part of his job is to protect Michael. So just like when he followed Michael into the woods to keep an eye on him, Dwight moves the trampoline because he knows full well that Michael didn't understand that he wouldn't land on the trampoline the way he was jumping. His look to the camera is concern and resignation. He knows what Michaels is capable of.
