This woman it’s the embodiment of Fado in Portugal 👑 COLOURS you definitely did your thing with this one 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿

Fado means fate, and therein lays its sad beauty. We must accept our fate no matter what. Fado was created in the neighbourhoods like “bairro alto” in Lisbon by sailors or traders even. This individuals with low paid jobs find a way to express their feelings and that way was music .I can say that Fado to Portugal is the same as Jazz to America. She’s our Ella Fitzgerald if I would compare her .

Now a personal opinion, she as songs that shows her true potential that will blow you away however I believe this must be a new song and the instrumental had fado in it but had also kind of a beat . Usually Fado it’s performed by a vocalist and a Portuguese guitar ( pear shaped, mandolin instrument) mostly and one of the main acessories it’s the black shawl that the vocalist wears around their shoulders. I believe this is not the traditional style however you did great Mariza 👌🏿🤍
