My games have a locked symbol on them and when I try to start them it says"to use content, purchase it from PlayStation Store" I all ready payed for it

I've never understood why PlayStation is like "hey try this go into four different layers of settings" instead of just putting the restore purchase button at the initial error

I'm kinda scared the whole reason i can't restore licenses to my titles is because i have too many. Last time i spoke with a support person i remember that being brought up.

I bought a digital game and when I downloaded it, it wouldn’t start! The game appears on my notifications as “downloaded” but it never appears on my main screen, when I start the game from notifications it says “cant find application” i tried restoring licenses and rebuilding database nothing worked! I also asked for a refund and playstation refused.

How about if I have 2 or more PS4s and the one I'm currently using that isn't my primary PS4 is having the trouble? I don't like this solution. There should never be a "Primary PS4". If I own my PS4s and have my account linked to them I should be able to use them without this "Primary" hassle.

I was quite annoyed with a notification that would warn me of my license every 15 minutes. So this information helped quite a bit.

Hello I am one of the many people having issues with my system after the 7.02 update. My disc drive completely stopped working and after much research it seems I'm not alone when it comes to this issue. I'm reaching out to see what I can do to resolve this issue. I can prove my system was working before the update. I don't see any resolution to this issue on sonys end and seems that all can be done is to send the system in and pay out of pocket for a issue that occurred due to your update. I have done all the troubleshooting to get my system working properly with no luck. I used to work for Sykes so I know my message will just be ignored or nothing will be done unless I pay out of pocket. I sure hope to hear from someone but from what I've read online, nothing will be done. I'm greatly disappointed with Sony playstation and how they are ignoring this Huge issue.

HELLO EVERYBODY! I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM BUT IT WAS BECAUSE I BOUGHT MY GAMES ON A SECONDARY ACCOUNT (NOT MY MAIN ACCOUNT) BUT WHEN I DELETED IT (MY SECONDARY ACCOUNT) ALL MY GAMES GOT LOCKED. ALL I HAD TO DO WAS LOG INTO THE SECONDARY ACCOUNT I BOUGHT MY GAMES ON AND I GOT ALL MY GAMES BACK. HOPE THIS HELPS ❤️
