Go in forge and grab one of those weapon drop pods and hold it under the bridge. Then just lift up the entire elephant and it will flip

A pair of brothers I'm friends with pulled it off. They crammed the undercarriage full of fusion cores and plasma coils (the Halo 3 version of explosive barrels) and shot the pile they were able to make.

I was playing a matchmaking game and ran into the back of the Elephant with a Mongoose. It clipped into the Elephant and glitched out while landing upside down.
