The cleanest city in Kenya is Kisumu City. It is second after Kigali Rwanda in East and Central Africa. Therefore putting Nairobi in this list is incorrect. If any from Kenya was to appear in the list then Kisumu City it is. Nairobi is not even in top 5 in my country Kenya in terms of cleanliness.

Nairobi might be the best city in africa but they don't renovate roads. road transportation is a disaster there!
Kigali is the cleanest for sure, and roads are really good! but it needs more skyscrapers.. maybe not easy because of the hilly terrain.
Dar Es Salam is not clean. they can do better.
Kampala is the worst capital city is africa, in terms of waste management, rain water control, roads, ... land transportation is the worst there. but Entebbe is good.
