Hi! The meat the spaghetti and the pizza are simple, a meat, a spagetti and a pizza, without the sauce and if you want to accompany your meal with some wine don't need to know about the meat or the spagetti's label and pizza, but about the ingredients of the sauce. There there is the difference. So if you have white lemon sauce in a simple meat or a simple spaghetti or in a pizza you can accompany the dish with a white Chardonney or with a white wine with lemon's aromas and flavors. Cheers.
