#shorts I say this with love, but those who attempt a vegan diet and claim that a vegan diet doesn't work, these people are nothing more than cowards. When we attempt to change ourselves to get healthy, we cower back and we claim that it didn't work. However, it does work. To be a successful vegan their whole life, they must master the transition to become vegan.

I got some experience with plant based diets over the years. I was a vegetarian for over 5 and a half years and vegan afterwards for 6 and 3/4 years. I felt great at the start and thought i did the best for the invironment and my health but the last two years of veganismn things changed for the worse. I always felt tired and was completely excausted. Was like a coma were i woke up after 1 to 3 hours in the mid of the day and had my eyelides closed and could not open them. I could not even move a single muscle in my whole body and was fighting to stay awake with closed eyes. There was something like a black whole in front of me and i knew if i relaxed i would sink back into this comatic state. I panicked a lot in these moments and fought long enough till i could move a small finger. When that happened my bloodflow came back and i could open my eyes. I got up imediatly to not fall back into this horrible state. It scared me a lot. Started with once a week and increased to 5 to 7 times a week. Had to fight with calciumoxalates. Its like peeing small needles over a period of sometimes one hour. The pain in between is so bad that i wanted to cut of my genitals on several occasions. When i cut out almost all dark green leavy vegetables the symptoms disappeared that day and never came back afterwards ever again. I had this problem for over 25 years but after getting rid of these dark green vegetables it was gone. The last couple of months of my vegan lifestyle i started to get problems with reading and understanding texts and sentences. I could not make sence of the words any longer. I started to read sentences 10 to 15 times and sometimes even that wasn't enough. Shortly afterwards my short term memory started to fail me, i could not memorize dates and small appointments in my head any longer. 3 days after memorizing an appointment and could stilll remember that there was an appointment but i could no longer say which day of the week it was. So it was the beginning of dementia symtoms in my early thirties. I think thats not normal so i switched to eggs and yoghurt and cheese for one day to find out wheather it was my diet or not. After 60 seconds of eating eggs and joghurt i got a rush of dopamine in my whole body and my head became crystal clear so i knew the my vegan diet was a malnutrition and not healthy for me. I eat a variety of vegan foods including B12 tablets and even stonepowder with wild plants green smoothies and i still got all these problems. When i ask vegans they always tell me i just did it all wrong. I should have done it in the right way and i would have succeded. So i always asked them how you do a vegan diet the wright way. But i never got a good answer to that question. When i listed all my foods they are all clueless and don't know what was missing and always tell me to go to an nutrionist for help. But when i searched on websites, books, articles or videos from those so called experts i never found the secret ingredient on how to make a well planed vegan diet work for me. It is all bullshit. The vegan diet is not suitable for the human body at least not for my body middle to longterm. Its just not working. Now i am eating varieties of meat, eggs (even some fresh raw meat and raw egg yolks) and only a few potatoes and some small amounts of vegetable (no dark green ones) but mostly animal products and i have never felt better in my life. I will never go on a vegan diet ever again. Whoever is suggesting a vegan diet for me is probably wanting to kill me in the long term. So i don't listen for those kind of people any longer and ignore them.
