Don't forget that Kratos received Gaia's help in fighting Poseidon. If it weren't for Gaia, perhaps for Kratos would have been much harder to kill him.

Aaahhh yes, finally a fax video about poseidon, the most bullied god in media, the dude who is older than Zeus, probabbly more powerful, and could sink the world with a sneeze, my dude in GoW was fighting freaking mother of titans (almost a primordial) and Prime kratos fully rage not holding back with blade of olympus and they struggled against him, image if he had received help from Zeus

I’m not saying Thor smacks, I’m saying it’s more even. I am dumbfounded how people think Norse gods are somehow this much weaker because they fight by far the strongest kratos. Jormungandr is bigger and much stronger than Poseidon’s monster form, he’s part giant part god and big enough to wrap around the world. He is inconceivably heavy and Thor hit that so fucking hard HE WENT BACK IN TIME. He KILLED kratos and revived him OUT OF SPITE, if he didn’t kratos would have to somehow get out of Valhalla or some shit. Or just be dead because now he isn’t in his home realm, up to the devs. Also mjolnir clashed evenly with Ingrid, a sword so powerful in myth that it outlasts freyr against the ragnarok beast, which is the power of two fused primordials. It does stop him in game, and could freely attack him if it didn’t have to block freyr. So next time you go picking on Thor, Odin, baldur, freya, freyr, or literally any of the strong Norse gods remember that. Also before you type a shitstorm, the developers themselves confirmed that it was untrue that Greek gods were way stronger.

Poseidon fought with a prime, young, and blood thirsty Kratos along with Gaia, an almost primordial being. He also took out two other titans for the Olympians. Let’s not forget how he free dived straight into a mountain titan in his regular form.

Thor will get his cheeks and belly clapped with ease.

Makers of God Of War 3 did Poseidon dirty, he should’ve been a much more difficult boss. Instead, he was just the tutorial. 😢

honestly, poseidon beats thor low diff, keep in mind that he fought blood lusted kratos WITH help from titans, whereas thor fought a kratos using 30% of his power, and still lost
