I live near that palmetto walmart. This was months back and honestly that walmart is always empty. It's the cheapest one around milk is 1.25/gallon eggs are .75/dozen and everything else is really cheap too. When you go at night it's usually cleaned out. They just started hiring migrant workers there. Lots of families speaking another language working together in sections without uniforms. Our shelves look like this before every single hurricane too.
