In this video we will show you how to use the Avento Doorway Training Bar (42HI)

You can perform a wide variety of exercises at home with this Avento Doorway Training Bar. Place the length-adjustable chin-up bar at the top of your door frame and train the upper body with pull-ups. Vary your grip positions to train different muscle groups and make the workout as tough as you want. You can also secure the door post bar to the bottom of the door frame to hook your feet under for sit-ups. The robust, reinforced design makes it the ideal tool to train a wide variety of muscles. The pull up bar is made of durable steel with a luxury finish and has soft foam handles for a proper and comfortable grip.
Please note: when using the bar for pull ups and chin ups, we recommend always using the mounting caps.
