In this video, we're looking at the JUNTEK VAT1200 shunt and we're going to give you our review and reasons why we cannot recommend it. We used to love this shunt, but recently it has a fundamental flaw that means that we can't recommend it. Juntek is a very difficult company to deal with and don't seem interested to support their product.

How do you set it so it stays on the "BAT" screen instead of returning to the main screen after few seconds. Thanks

Can I use this to turn on and off a diesel generator that will charge my solar battery bank once the sun is gone and the voltage has dropped to a certain point? Somehow of a hybrid system. Thank you.

Question : How do you set it up for the 280ah range ?

Very Good video. Question do you know if the software to correct for the cumulative ah's and SOC has been corrected in the newer offerings, specific to the Kg-f 120v? This is a 100amp unit. thanks in advance..Or what are your recommendations other than the victron, which is out of my budget range.
