Just hold the center of the fan, if you hold the fan blades, you may damage that.

Laptop fan computer are made of glass, be carefull doing such operation.
Fans are made of plastic, an element that loose strenght and elesticity over time and decrease with a lot of heat.
longstoryshort: fans do break and deform easely, be very carefull cleaning those fins, even a good tech could break it
Cooling is the more important thing, replace and service when you need, even check thermal pads if are dry

Next time vac first then dust then vac again. I've serviced machines that people have clogged while using the same cleaning methods.

All you've done is clean the fan. If it's that dirty there's no doubt the heat sink is clogged up at least as bad as the fan was so it's maybe moving 1% more air over the heat sink. You clean the heat sink and it'll be back to like new condition.
This isn't even a half-assed job, it's a 1/100th-assed job.

Do I get risk if I spin while using vacum cleaner? I feel Im going to repaste due Cpu high temperature. I cannot be sure if its the fan issue, also when reaching 80° CPU the fan is not doing much but only happen in one game
