Selective hearing, memorized speeches and historical amnesia sums up our American politicians.

No surprise here. America has always been consistent on this rule: "It's not a war crime when WE do it.". Same goes for allies.

His response: “Israel has the right to continue committing war crimes while pretending they’re the victims and we will continue to turn a blind eye to these atrocities because it serves our own interests” That’s basically what he is saying

It's like talking to a robot, we know Israel has a right to defend itself, but has no right to commit genocide and violate international law. The hypocrisy and double standards of America and the West is nauseating

Salute this man... USA is repeatedly playing the same baseless tape recorder again and again to avoid this type of questions because they have no logic to give...

what a great actor! He put so much emotion into his response and hiding behind them instead of answering like a actual representative. What a man child.

As a westerner and seeing what the west is currently condoning and who they’re turning their backs on, really makes me question my loyalty to them. Rest in peace to all the Palestinian innocence

"Israel has a right to aggresive response". Aggresive reponse=cutting off electricity, food, supplies=warcrime. He basically said "Israel has a right to warcrime". There you go. That sums up this entire conflict.

I think that the politician meant „Israel has the right to defend itself but when the Palestinians want to defend themselves from the atrocities of the Israelis, then this right is denied“.

He refuses to answer legitimate questions being asked by the world. Me laughing out loud when he called Israel a Democracy 😂 What a clown!

The hypocrisy of the US Governments position is mind boggling. On the one hand Israel can take "aggressive" action against Gaza but they also expect Israel to abide by international law, but that law prohibits the cutting off of water and basic supplies to sustain life to a whole people.

A shame to cut off water, electricity, food and medicine to innocent people, this is a criminal. Kudo to this brave journalist asking a legitimate question.

The way some American politicians talk much about protection of human rights is how much they encourage violation of human rights. In Gaza, there are millions of innocent people who never attacked Israel and the man is busy saying that Israel is right to make those innocent people suffer. Many people worldwide are suffering because of the ill decisions made by some American politicians.
