I'm super excited because this is one of my favorite topics to think and speak about!  Yes you can absolutely be spiritual without a belief in God.  It's exactly as Evita said, it depends on your definition of spiritual and God.  My family is Catholic (although I was not raised in the church) and I used to believe in the biblical version of God.  As a young man (twenties) I actually read the bible, then the koran, then books on Shinto and buddhism.  I felt as though I was getting closer to understanding but no actual religion felt quite right.  Now I study more new age concepts such as biocentrism, consciousness and NDE accounts to gather more information than would not be given in an ancient text.  Right now God for me is in everything, and by that I mean God is the consciousness in you, me and everyone else.  Through this consciousness that is shared (we all are one concept) reality is made (biocentric view) which explains a lot of what's going on in quantum mechanics.  The best part is my understanding is shifting and evolving all the time and my definition now may not be my definition next year but it is so much fun discover as the years go by.  I am more spiritual now then ever because of the thinking and study and sharing that I do with others on this topic.

I have this concept that living in this realm and part of the framework is duality/polarity, that somehow every each one of us manifest as an extension of source. We are here to experience what's needed for the expansion of the absolute(source) through the expansion of our own consciousness and dealing with a reality of non-absolutes. As an analogy, we are essentially web-crawlers/internet bots that goes to seek out and through this process we mine 'data' and the internet as a whole can be viewed as source. The fractal evolution of source itself.

It seems since the dawn of time humans have needed to worship something outside of themselves to make sense of the world…. Worshiping the sun, star constellations, pyramids, stone circles, prophets, angels, spirits, a deity.
It’s all culture specific depending on where on the earth you were born.
The true “source” lies in our own internal consciousness, not outside ourselves.
But that being said, why do I still have a need to connect to something outside of myself? Myself alone just never seems to measure up or be good enough…
I would love to feel this “sense of knowing”

My awakening was very powerful and undeniable. I'm not a student of and ism ology or anity. Existing in the knowing is is much simpler than many believe. I'll try to put this in universal language.

. I. AM (thinking)
. O. M
I AM = being present
OM = a personal vibration to bring focus back to center

A group sharing their personal vibration to further understanding and create peace

Everything beyond is useless information in your search for truth. Every thing beyond that starts the division from reading to conversation to traumatic events to love to guilt blah blah blah. Anything of this world is subject to interpretation or reaction. And any insight we receive thorough I AM & OM are purely true but signify guidance that, if not meant for us, we can only hope to accurately communicate

Thanks Evita, for another great video!
One creator/creation relationship model that I think tends to be under-acknowledged (though it was mentioned by a different commenter) is panentheism. What I like about panentheism is that it posits that everything in the material realm is made of God, but also allows for the existence of God in an unlimited, immaterial state. It's kind of like a tangent graph, where the vertical asymptote represents God immaterial.

While I think of myself primarily as "spiritual, " I identify as catholic, and as far as I can tell, catholicism and panentheism are compatible.

While I am someone who believes that there is an all knowing God who created our world and nature as we know it, I do not, as a Christian, accept several modern day teachings of the Bible.

I choose to use personal discernment to understand what the purpose of humanity is. I vehemently reject the concept of eternal punishing(biblically, intelligently and justly) for those not worthy to join God in heaven.

Since I do not accept eternal punishing, I can accept that many will not live after death. While I disagree with others spiritual path, if it is a peaceful non controlling(forced on others) path I can live peaceably with them.

@Evita Ochel I don't have a label for myself, but in order to entail a
conversation with another person, I would have to chose a term;
Spirituality would be the closest one I would identify with. And so
being a spiritual person, I personally believe we all came from "A
Source" & to me that Source is a equivalent to a "God, " because the
term "God" means a supreme being & to myself that supreme being is
the mysterious Source that created everything. However, this supreme
being is not male of female, to me it is gender-less, it just is a great
force or energy, but something pure and great.
I also believe that Nature is very powerful and have a belief in
energies, Souls and the power or listening to our inner sound, and
living life with passion in every detail of life, which by my experience
is very euphoric.

Although I don't feel comfortable with labels, in your definition and
out of curiosity what category would my description fall into?
