These were recommended via the YouTube channel. I live in Arizona and often suffer from dehydration because of Sjogren's Syndrome. These keep me hydrated. They are addictive too. I was drinking two or three bottles of these a days so I quickly ran through my once a day, thirty day supply. The lemon lime tastes great.
