Superstition beliefs, does it matter? 😘#short #shorts #dedication #motivation

Superstitions are founded on the erroneous notion that objects possess supernatural powers. The Bible does not teach that there are random events; rather, it teaches that all that occurs in the world is under the eternal sovereignty of God. He is the one who controls everything and uses it to accomplish His ultimate goal (Acts 4:28; Ephesians 1:10).
The world is full with various superstitions, ranging from the prohibition against climbing stairs to occult practices including astrology, black and white magic, divination, voodoo, and witchcraft. According to the Bible, astrology, magic, divination, and sorcery are all forbidden (Deuteronomy 4:19), (2 Kings 21:6, Isaiah 2:6)
Moreover, worshiping idols is prohibited, and those who do so will not be allowed to enter God's kingdom (Revelation 21:27). These kinds of practices expose individuals who engage in them to the actions and influence of demons, making them extremely risky. In 1 Peter 5:8, Believers are cautioned: "Be sober, be cautious; for your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, snares those who are his prey."
Our faith must be centered entirely on the one real God who grants eternal life; we must abandon our belief in rituals and things created by humans.
"Take heed, lest any one of you be taken captive by his philosophy and vain deceit, according to the sayings of men, according to the elementary teachings of the world, and not according to Christ: For t in him dwells the fullness of the Godhead in the light according to the flesh and in him you have been filled, he is the head of all rule and power"," the apostle Paul writes (Colossians 2:8-10).
