What your carrier needs to do
Make sure your carrier:

Has Amazon reference IDs, shipment IDs, and tracking (PRO) numbers
Schedules delivery appointments in advance for the expected shipment(s)
Adheres to the vehicle condition requirements
For more information, see Carrier requirements for less than truckload (LTL) and full truckload (FTL) deliveries.

Note: Carriers should only request advanced appointments once all shipments that will be physically delivered have been determined. You can only request up to 7 appointments for a single shipment.
Important: Multiple appointments for the same physical delivery or providing incorrect shipment information may cause appointments to be deleted and delay your shipment. For more information, see the “Dos & Don’ts” section on the Carrier Central user manual.

Hi I have a question 👋😃 my order has been on hold and it's showing me that I have to contact APEX to update my information. But when I click the button to contact APEX it takes me to a page of all the carriers .!! But I don't know who the carrier is for my order. What should I do !?? It been on hold since July 10. Please help me

Hi Amazon Guy,
I got a shipment that arrived in Long Beach from China. The shipper created an Appoinment with carrier central and dropped the goods with Amazon 12 days ago.
1. How do I let know Amazon know we have a reservation?
2. Is there a way to track the shipments with the reservation?
3. How do I know the shipper drop the goods at Amazon?

Hello Amazon guy! The portal keeps denying me access saying the email address does not match the company. However, the email domain has the company name in the address. Have you heard of this issue?

What happens when you have all the info but it won’t let you make appointments because my fab No doesn’t match detonation FC. But this number was given my my customer with they gave it to so many other carriers but no one shares the same issue. Does that means there’s something wrong with my account?

If you are european, you do not have an USDOT number, we have a VAT number, nor MC/MX...
So... You can not request a "Standard Carrier Alpha Code"...
Or you need to raise a ghost company in USA.
This can be done, and costs about 600 $... Is there a more easy way to get an Amazon appointment? Help?

So is the carrier responsible for setting up appointment? After we purchase LTL shipping how would we proceed? Contact the carrier to login to carrier central or ask them for the information to fill it out ourselves?

Hello amazon guy. I am an intermodal dispatcher and have to set up an appoinment with Amazon to drop off a container from long beach container terminal. Do i do the same thing and sign up to carrier central with my companies SCAC code

If I'm selling a large product like a computer chair which I'm shipping from china, and my supplier integrate the FNSKU onto the box during manufacturing box. Do I then need to put it into a carton box when shipping? Because only 1 unit will fit in the carton box because of the large size of the product, and am I allowed to ship it in the box that has the FNSKU and then attach the shipping labels onto it, or will amazon reject this ?

Hi, I have a question this is my first time selling on amazon I am shipping from China to the United States and I used DHL do I still have to make an appointment in carrier central? If I do can please tell me where I can find the USDOT number or MC/MX number and explain what's the difference between these two. Thanks!

Hi Amazon Guy, we are a in bond carrier for Amazon, but we have to check in and wait for live unload for full 40 foot container . But we noticed there are other Cartier they don’t need to stay on line . They can check in at the gate and drop off the container . Do you know what program is that ?

Hi Amazon Guy, I hope you can help me with a question I have. I am in Indoensia and I have just created my first shipping plan to the US. My shipment is already with my carrier all built and labeled and ready to go, only my carrier does not have a carrier central account and I am a bit doubtful that they can even create one (they don't have anyone with a good level of English). What are my options here? Can I have them use an agent with an existing account, or can I create an account as a vendor? Thanks in advance!

Hi I have questions after watching your video. You said any international shipping requires seller's own carrier. If I ship the item from South Korea to customer in USA directly by dhl based on merchant fulfilment dhl carrier in S. Korea needs to sign up with Amazon carrier central?
