What’s amazing about her new song is that I first heard it in the car while a panic attack was coming upon me. It calmed me and relaxed me. It reminded me how God was in control and thank God I had him in my life.

I have had 43 surgeries. I was in the military and like many others suffer with PTSD. I spent the last year bedridden form several spine surgeries that did not help and then was diagnosed with cancer. I was contemplating my end coming in a number of months. Friends and family gave me support. Even my doctors, nurses and hospital staff were so caring. I went through another major surgery for cancer. Over the last year I have listened to Lauren and her songs have given me strength at times when I needed it most. God has blessed me as I was told that the last surgery was successful and I only need surveillance for the next 5 years. It makes you realize what is important in life. I have the time to come closer to God, my family and friends. All the little things that bother people on a daily are meaningless when you are facing your own mortality. God bless you.

Everytime I hear her music it causes my anxiety to be majorly reduced. Sometimes all together. I don't even understand it at times. How it has that impact. She is truly something special and that voice stole this mans heart.
