Austin police chief addresses tense relationship with city's Public Safety Commission

Austin Police Chief Joseph Chacon is making it clear he will not tolerate disrespect towards his officers. During Monday’s Public Safety Commission meeting, he says there have been several recent incidents where his staff was treated “extremely poorly.”
