You could already see the swelling on her neck near the end of the video. (Where it hit the mat.) She's so lucky she didn't end up paralyzing herself. So glad she's up and fighting still! Such an inspiration.

I've seen worse, but it proves these young women are warriors and tough as nails. The meet between LSU and Florida Sunday afternoon had a very dangerous spill from the uneven bars. A freshman lost her grip while she was swinging for the dismount and went shooting off the bar and hit face first. One of the coaches tried to stop her, but the velocity was just too much.
