Phoenix September releases are out. There are 11 models this month but I admit I'm rather underwhelmed by them. Here I analyse the models with my usual look at the moulds and the subjects from Supersonic to Scrap Metal.

Great release video! Yeah, overall Phoenix is kinda boring. I do buy some of their models if they make something I am looking for. However, overall my money tends to go to Gemini, JC, and NG instead.

Nothing really in here that fits my criteria, I wish we could see more airlines from Oceania, but that's just me. Thanks for the video and keep up the great work!

Phoenix pretty much has three types of release:

1) Boring cargo aircraft for DHL, polar etc.

2) tacky special liveries on Asian aircraft such as ANA, China Eastern, China southern..

3) rereleases of really common, mainly Asian, airlines like Qatar, Ana, Asiana, China eastern etc.

and they’re all on average or mediocre moulds.

Is a shame. I own a handful of Phoenix but nearly all a380s and a handful of 777s.

Wouldn’t buy their 737s, a320s, a321s, a350s, 787s, a300s or 747-400s..

Phoenix is that brand you accidentally buy when you don't know what you're doing.

I’m surprised you even bothered, it’s an awful lineup
