1st rule in a free country leave others alone
2nd rule do not force your political or religious beliefs on others

The real question is why are you all surrendering your medical care and liberties to a government.

Abortion is not something I care about when I vote. I think 15 weeks leeway is reasonable. Now, I’m disappointed with Ann Timmer for getting it wrong in this case. Of course the old law kicks in after Dobbs. The legislature then did their job and struck it down.

Does the baby get a choice to live or die, No on Prop 139

Choice starts in the bedroom, not at the clinic. You have the freedom to choose preventive methods of birth control. Both partners should be ready accept the possibility of pregnancy if they aren't married.
As far as rape cases, less than 1% of abortions are from rape. The assault is not the babies fault. The rapist is the one who should have his rights taken away, not the baby. Stopping the heartbeat of another human life intentally is wrong, no matter how tiny she or he is .
