About the original tracks:

Battlefield: Sometimes, our greatest battles are within ourselves. I wrote these lyrics about what it feels like when we don’t have to fight our inner battles alone; when someone commits to being there through our most difficult days. The song aims to highlight the value of the very human need to lean on one another. Independence is courageous, but it is also brave to let someone hold us up when we feel weak. “Battlefield” celebrates this genuine act of connection.

All of Me: I wrote this song in hopes to shine a light on eating disorders to advocate for & bring awareness to these often-misunderstood diagnoses. The narrative of the lyrics speak directly to my Anorexia. My hope was to depict both the reality of the pain while also instilling an empowering & optimistic future to look toward, reminding us that there is always opportunity for us to face our internal struggles & win.

Turn Back: This song is about feeling like love's fate is already sealed. It's when you try to grasp hold of happily-ever-after, but with every attempt, it just keeps slipping through your fingers & crumbling to the ground. Sometimes, we can't help but dream of what could have been, no matter how harsh the reality is that lies before us. & sometimes, we'd still turn back in a heartbeat just to try again.
