To check if you have water leaks, find your water meter and take note of the number. Make sure everything is turned off and come back later and if the number has gone up, water is coming out somewhere.

As someone that does drywall finishing for a living, it’s money well spent to get it done professionally. It definitely requires a certain level of touch, finesse, and skill. A bad taping job can make a brand new house look horrendous

We built our house when I was about eighteen years old and did all the dry wall and mudding. It took us a month! We powered through it, but we all agreed when it was over that we should have hired it out.
