Top Healthcare Stock Investments | HUGE Growth | Four I'm Holding and One I'm Buying!

In todays video I'm sharing with you four healthcare stocks I currently hold in my Trading 212 portfolio and one that I'll be buying next week. I really enjoy investing in innovative, forward thinking healthcare companies. The other sectors I'm generally drawn to buying individual stocks and shares in are the technology sector and the clean/sustainable energy sector. I buy individual stocks and shares in my Trading 212 and Freetrade accounts and then hold a couple of UK based shares in my SIPP. I tend to invest smaller amounts of money into individual stocks and shares as I prefer to invest in actively managed funds, trusts and ETFs. Although I do research the individual stocks and shares I purchase I invest in them mainly because I'd like to own a slice of that company, and because I enjoy doing the research, however, the bulk of any money I've made investing has come from my larger investments in funds, trusts, and ETFs. I would certainly not consider myself to be an expert stock picker and these videos are for entertainment purposes only (hopefully you do find them entertaining!)!

I plan to hold onto these investments for the next five years and would consider myself a long term investor rather than a trader. I'd love to hear in the comments if you hold any of these healthcare stocks or if there are any stocks you think I should be looking at in the future.

I agree with your analysis. There is a lot of growth in health care stocks. The problem is picking a good stock. A lot will disappear in 2 years because they will run out of funding. Possibly a ETF on the sector may lower your risk exposure. I have recently bought a small amounts in Maxcyte and Joint.

Bristol Myers Squibb is my fave of all the healthcare stocks. It's a monster cash generator.

More speculative stuff I like (and own) Heartflow, Nano-X, Transmedics, Outset Medical, AbCellera Biologics, Axsome Therapeutics, Sema4, Sharecare, Ginkgo Bioworks, Humacyte, Progyny (sort of counts) and Twist!

Great video. I will certainly take a closer look at the stocks you suggested. I have also been analysing AbbVie, Senseonics and Corbus pharmaceuticals stocks and I am leaning toward AbbVie due to their forward P/E ratio and great product lines. Totally missed out on the Moderna train 🚆 but oh well hopefully another one will pop out in the future
