In collaboration with Event Apprenticeships, ESSA recently held the following webinar for it's members to exploring apprenticeships within the industry.

This session aims to promote the awareness and diverse use of apprenticeships. It will clarify how to get funding, and how to use apprenticeships to skill, upskill and develop teams and individuals, proving that apprenticeships are for all levels of career development.
It will also provide an opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and understanding of the importance of building an apprenticeship programme to drive social mobility, diversity, inclusion and belonging. This will build understanding how apprenticeships play a key part in developing and upskilling the workforce and how they build businesses back stronger.
