Fun Fact! Water Dripping is actually a torture method! (5:56) Although, typically water is slowly dripped onto someone's skin, making them slowly go insane from the repetition and stimuli, but eh. The sounds annoying enough too.

Hey SMii7Y,
The "lighting needs to be rebuilt" message at 25:41 is a message generated by the game engine (UE) to let the devs know that some of the lighting hasn't been baked. It means that the dev didn't properly build the game after the latest update when he changed something.
You don't have to do anything as a player, just report it to the publisher and wait for a patch.
