I've already mastered speaking Japanese, learning Navajo as well now, so learning Irish isn't so intimidating for me. Learning the grammar and vocabulary, is the easy part. The thing that REALLY trips me up on the Irish language is the spelling is VERY different to how the word is pronounced. Is there a set of rules that dictate how a word is pronounced, or is it more arbitrary? Thanks for any help!!
