Thanks for making this video. I started making beats and rapping when I was 14 on an iPod Touch (Intua Beatmaker and Garageband), and now that I'm 33, I remember completing college and realizing that I wasn't going to really make it as a rapper because I felt like I was aged out and not gaining momentum anymore. Depression set in hard, But in the process of learning more about myself, I became a much better producer and engineer for my friends and local artists. Though I have a long way to go, I still see many artists and creators of all kinds make it well into their 30s, 40s, 50s, sometimes even 60s. Creatives can't let their age discourage them or feel that they need to be successful by a certain point. Things are planned differently for everyone, but as long as you're on your purpose and navigating life with an abundant mindset, then everything you want and deserve will come to you tenfold.

I am so happy you made this vid. I’m 25 and had that thought earlier this year but quickly decided I didn’t care what anybody thinks 😂. I believe the reason people feel like that in this space is mainly people clowning folks if they do hip-hop or rap. I don’t know why but singers aren’t really clowned but in rap the culture makes you feel like an old head when you’re young.
