I don't know about the others, but for me I actually watched just the first videos of your arithmetic functions series because I was curious about the topic, then I saw I needed to study also somewhere else to keep up and haven't watched the rest. Also because it's not a thing I was studying at the time, unfortunately.
In the case of manifolds it would be different, though. I'd be able to follow all videos; if I may give you a suggestion, I'd prefer to see less topics but covered with more examples and a little more in depth. Here's why: Gauss-Bonnet seems really interesting but if you have to shorten the explanations of previous things to arrive at that fast then maybe it would stick less with the viewer or he would use your videos to accompany with a book. But of course, this depends on what the target of your videos is, wheter you want to make reference videos(to accompany with further reading) or as self-contained as possible.
With that said, the choice is yours and I would watch the series whatever you prefer to do. I don't know if I have been helpful but I hope so. ;)
