Ellen sat down with Catherine and India Oxenberg, who are at the center of the true crime docuseries “Seduced: Inside The NXIVM Cult.” They talked about how they were first introduced to the cult, with India recalling her experience and recovery, and shared their reaction to the leader's 120 -year prison sentence.

I'm a veteran so I hear her say stuff about indoctrination, sleep deprivation periods without food, a rigorous lifestyle, control of your schedule, ranks, special rituals... Hey that sounds familiar. I think he might have researched military methods of indoctrination for his cult.

I watched the documentary "Seduced" and i must say that Catherine is a badass hero. India, on the other hand, sounds and looks like such a morom that she's hardly believable. She "doesn't know" or "doesn't understand" what is going on, even at 25. Yet, on this show, she seems very articulate.
