Hey everyone! This is a follow-up to the previous episode. I used the leftover croissants to create a breakfast special and sold them all. It felt perfect because I felt a bit down on the last day due to the lack of success with the special. Today was really rewarding!

Funny tidbit. I was just on a flight with wifi so I turned on the MrT videos for relaxation. The person sitting next to me tapped me on the shoulder and asked what I was watching, and then she began watching on her tablet. The person behind her saw it, and asked her what she was watching and shared and he began watching on his laptop. For a 5 hour flight that is all we saw, and who knows how many more. Was an amazing and relaxing flight. Thanks MrT.

Oh my... a guy after my own heart... Love this breakfast.

You've inspired me to take mini croissants... Split and lightly toasted... 1/2 slice of bacon on each half to make an open face two fried eggs on each with a piece of American cheese on top sandwich.

Now, for us diabetics foodies, it's only 24 carbs... with the rest being protein.

I can see doing it with sausage patties or a small piece of ham...

Of course I know in your case you're feeding some hard working folks...

But the choices could be amazing with all the ingredients you already have prepped.

OMG... I have to get out of bed now and get cooking ..
Once again, you have made me STARVING!!!

I have a flat top amd i am totally going to make these breakfast sandwiches. Never did i think to do a sausage smash patty. The family is going to love it! Thanks for the inspiration Tibor 😁

Never heard of sausage rolls here in the usa. Found a recipe video from the UK.
I have been making them for my family. They love them. I wish we could get them in the United States.
We had a brunch after Mass last Sunday, so i made about 75 sausages rolls. Everyone was going crazy over them.
I used premade sausage, added sage, caramelized onions and mushrooms, some mashed potatoes snd breadcrumbs yo the mix
Made them. Sooo good.
There were none left.

Awesome service and it still amazes me how you keep up with all the orders coming at you! Those croissants look so good yesterday and today.. bread is my weakness and I would have ordered some to go home with 😊 .. thank you for sharing your ideas and your passion to make amazing food! I have a good work cafeteria, but would switch jobs to have access to the Mr T cooking experience. Another addict here who loves watching.
