The effect is called 'fairy' and in LoR the description of the status effect is "Take X damage every time a die rolls. At the end of the Scene, take X damage and halve the stack (rounds down)"

you can also stack with mk:vol but you can stack up to 1500 health and 5x dmg if i'm not wrong, and it's way faster too, you can deal like, 300dmg with E
