I am a landlord and maintain my rentals. Vinyl plank is my favorite, not cold like ceramic, antislip wood grain n looks clean and modern, very easy to put down if you have never done flooring. I have done at least 7 homes with vinyl and 8 with ceramic. Ceramic is forever but much more difficult work, cost. Lots more. Vinyl can be scratched if you drag a heavy object across it.
On this Duralux product the ends don't snap into place like other tiles which is a serious negative, because lips can and do occur. I would definitely not buy this product or any other that does not snap and lock on the ends.

Does there need to be spacers on the far end also? Or only where you start
