Great Idea. I've wanted to do this for our SxS for long time now, but the part I don't like is the sled primary clutch doesn't have the cooling fins on it that the stock one does. So thats no good for belt heat.

I wonder if I can do something like that to my Polaris Sportsman 850 I would like to redo the clutching on mine I wonder if I could run just a bigger clutching can you give me a hand and let me know I think that would be kind of cool because I'm trying to figure out exactly what I need to do to do a better clutch kit setup on my ATV thank you
