I can draw the part but the connectors don't work when I make the connections

When I create the symbol, it does not connect to the wires during the development of the program, it even always opens the "symbol design" page, never the symbol is ready, could you help me?

Hello Panos.
I have a question for you :)
In our company, before the electrical design for the switchboard is made, engineers are preparing list the products in a separate quote program.Then they export the product list to a file (.xlsx) which may contain eg.
{Part Number} {Description} {Quantity} {Store Location}.
I would like to import this list into EPLAN 2022 [Device list] to run the project more efficiently, ie a ready list of devices with the correct part number.

So I have a symbol list that I exported in .esl format from an old project. I imported it in a new project but how do I activate it so that I can use the symbols within it? When I check the old project, I can see that the symbol library is active under Options > Settings > Projects > "Project name" > Management > Symbol libraries but that is not the case in the new project?
