I study Mexico's history and the reason why I know that Mexico wouldn't join NATO, is mainly because Mexico has always stayed neutral on all conflicts, and never joined a war until is attacked or treatened.

Mexico has show more interest to join the BRICS, as Brasil, and some Latin America countries.

NATO is only open to European countries and Article 10 of the Treaty makes this clear. America and Canada are the only two exceptions adding countries in the Pacific to a North Atlantic alliance defeats the entire purpose of the Treaty.
