What I realized after my Spiritual Awakening was we are not disconnected from the Source of Existence, there’s a part of us that is dreaming we are disconnected from Heaven. We are all infinite eternal souls(Consciousness) having a human experience of limitations based off beliefs, and what you strongly believe to be true, you will experience. Most of the things we believe to be true are not our own beliefs, it’s things we absorb from the influence of society. Emotions are there to let us know what’s within the alignment of what we prefer and what we need to let go of, while still accepting the negative as valid. It’s about loving yourself first, and from that, you will notice more love and compassion for others, while still setting boundaries.
