Just bought this. The webapps Scan to Email and Scan to Google Drive don't work. I was able to set them up through the email and add my pin, but when I try it, it says "Scan unable to initialize". This is so frustrating. I updated the firmware. I used the HP Assistant diagnostics, the HP Print and Scan Docter and nothing has been able to fix it. I need this to work. One of the reasons I chose this printer is for it's mobile features. Please fix!

Make a video on how to troubleshoot. Why does this printer tell me it's refusing to print. Then cancels my print job. What the hell.!
