No. Wave functions can't collapse. That would violate the Schroedinger Equation which has no known exceptions.

Given that our eyes actually see things upside down, and the brain does a correction, I like think that things actually ARE both here and there at the same time, but the brain just picks the one that makes most sense. That's way easier than trying to understand all that quantum stuff.
