I added the overlay to OBS and it's not showing up. When I type in chat, it shows up on the streamelements page but not the OBS screen. How do I fix this?

i've been trying this chatbox for a while but when i test my chat it takes like up to 5 messages for the first chat to appear on screen :(

it doesnt have timer when it should dissapear, so messages always stay on screen

i did this several times still chat box wont appear on my obs screen
