First BMW M4 CSL Dyno, no tune #bmwm

The first BMW M4 CSL on a dyno. I am very impressed by the result, but it was actually not a surprise. The 100-200 time has suggested it. 604HP and 720NM uncorrected, are an announcement. #bmw #bmwm4 #csl

For ppl who didmt understood the graph, the BMW M4 CSL makes 543hp stock and this guy here put it on a dyno with no tune and it made 605hp and 720nms of torque!

Is it just my phone’s speakers or did I actually hear the sound of the car taken up to close to redline, but definitely not to redline. When it comes to the actual pull, it sounded like they took it to a point about 2K rpm shy of redline. Does this dyno calculate what the horsepower would’ve been at redline, or does it recognize when the peak hp has been reached and begins the wind down portion of the dyno pull or…? My best guess, going off of the dyno sheet is that once the dyno recognized that the hp and torque curves had flattened out, it “called it a day” at that point. My only “concern” is: What if the car is programmed to do a scramble boost/overboost near redline? How would the dyno know whether or not that happens near and at redline unless it “explores” that rpm range? It’s just like how you can watch 3/4 of a movie and have a pretty good idea regarding how it’s gonna end, but you can’t know for sure until you watch the end.😂
