Right so I have a slight issue that I've been stressing over for 2 hours now, I believe at 6:00 he does his continuity calculation wrong. I thought that p(x<15) would go to p(y<14.5) and not p(14.5<y<15.5). I am referencing this from my Edexcel book. I think this is what @luca Hervada was trying to hint at. While he did use cumulative distribution for his binomial calculation in part b, he approximated the cumulative binomial probability of p(x<15) to a normal partial probability of p(14.5 < y < 15.5). The same problem at 9:15 . Did anyone else catch onto this or am I just waffling because I got my exam tomorrow and I'm stressing? XD

But why is the lower bound user when less than. I don’t get it.

The last step confused me a lot, still don’t get it. I thought it is just going to be 0

Hi everyone, at 5.58 in the video, MathsGenie should have used binomial PD, not CD. Just thought I'd comment to let people know. Thanks.
