The video should be called- How NOT to Grow Grass : How NOT to Grow Grass Where Moss Grows. You will achieve a very uneven lawn will hills throughout. The only permanent way to get rid of moss is to remove it and address the reasons why moss grows, poor soil quality, root bound soil, and compaction. One technique that will work is to turn the moss upside down creating a new nutrient seed bed. Also, take out any surface roots, and throw in some lime. This is a lot of work, but addresses the cause of moss problems. Don't throw mulch over it.
